22"One of the most valuable things for our
development company about our NAIOP membership is
the Chapters effective legislative advocacy. We
have utilized NAIOP SoCal's local staff
government relations expertise on several
projects and appreciate the work NAIOP does for
us at the State and National level as well. The
local government relations is where the rubber
meets the road and that access is critically
important to our company."
Bob Voit President The Voit Companies
23"It is always a pleasure working with NAIOP. In
2006 the Chapter's support on critical
transportation projects and the Measure M
extension were invaluable to the future our
county."
Bill Campbell Chairman Orange County Board of
Supervisors
24"NAIOP leads the region and state on issues about
office and industrial properties, that's why I
turn to NAIOP and CBPA when I need advice on key
legislative issues dealing with the commercial
real estate industry."
Todd SpitzerAssemblyman Assembly District 71
