• Managing 36,000 suppliers.
• Provide accreditation for 60 Authorities
• Analysis
• 1m company records 300,000 individual companies
• 11m transactions 30bn of spend
• On behalf of 120 Authorities
• In November 2006 Exor awarded 4 year Framework
  Agreement for National Supplier Spend Analysis,
  available for over 3000 Public Sector bodies

  provide an accredited supplier base from within
  the London area to
• Apply common standards for supplier assessment
  across the various authorities
• Allow authorities to share information about
  suppliers
• Allow authorities to identify London suppliers
• Utilise a fair and transparent supplier selection
  system
• Ease the burden on suppliers in having to
  constantly re-engage with their authority buyers
  and provide visibility to all potential authority
  buyers in their area

  available risk scores
• Activities
• Nature of business and any registration with
  relevant bodies eg Charities Commission, CSCI etc
• Appropriate insurances
• Policies should be evidenced for

• Money handling
• Protection of Vulnerable Adults

• HS checks will not be required for CSCI
  registered suppliers

• Registration will make you visible to all
  participating authorities via their Exor online
  system and is free
• Accreditation will make you available for
  supplier selection by participating authorities
• Accreditation will lift the burden of time,
  effort and cost in engagement and re-engagement
  with participating authorities
• While there is a cost for membership this is
  dependant on size and starts from as little as
  90 pa.
