  then social enterprise (could change again.)

• Nurses starting their careers in the community
  and nurses moving between hospital and PHC
• A DH fresh look at preparation of new community
  nurses high level clinical skills are
  paramount.
• A new focus on disadvantaged children

• Focus on what really matters
• Use rationale and intelligence with the full
  focus on best patient care
• Get involved and yes, this takes energy
• Community nursing needs a new confidence
  despite the times
• Define nursing roles by need not title.
