number of reports that terrorist activities were

Department of Homeland Security terrorist threat
has been raised in this area to HIGH

- Unknown to the citizens of your town the city
has been infiltrated by terrorists carrying small
vials of a cloudy liquid that is distributed in
various locations throughout the selected area.

- The day starts off like any typical May weekend.
People are gathering at the River Market and
other areas in the city, although the DHS threat
level was raised to HIGH in the area. Hospital
Emergency Departments are not experiencing any
unusual rise in patients being seen in the last
few days.
