6SAFETY SENSITIVE DUTIES
- All time at worksite, waiting to be dispatched
for CDL duties - All time inspecting, servicing, or conditioning
CDL equipment/vehicles - All time driving a CDL vehicle

driving or in sleeper berth - All time loading, unloading a CDL vehicle,
supervising or assisting in loading/unloading,
