Matthew 159 (NKJV)9 And in vain they worship
Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.
Colossians 317 (NKJV)17 And whatever you do in
word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord
Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through
Him.
2 John 9 (NKJV)9 Whoever transgresses and does
not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have
God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has
both the Father and the Son.

worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.

Colossians 220-23 (KJV)20 Wherefore if ye be
dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world,
why, as though living in the world, are ye
subject to ordinances, 21 (Touch not taste not
handle not 22 Which all are to perish with the
using) after the commandments and doctrines of
men? 23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom
in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of
the body not in any honour to the satisfying of
the flesh.
Acts 1723 (KJV)23 For as I passed by, and
beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this
inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore
ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.

when you come together as a church, I hear that
there are divisions among you, and in part I
believe it.
1 Corinthians 1120 (NKJV)20 Therefore when you

Philippians 46 (NKJV)6 Be anxious for nothing,

• Lords Supper

26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink
this cup, you proclaim the Lords death till He
comes. 27 Therefore whoever eats this bread or
drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner
will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him
eat of the bread and drink of the cup. 29 For he
who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats
and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning
the Lords body.
1 Corinthians 1123-29 (NKJV)23 For I received
from the Lord that which I also delivered to you
that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He
