Network Scheduling

• Schedule produced from the relationships of

• A Path is a group of activities linked together
  from one point to another
• Paths can be a few activities or many activities

• The longest path considering all of the
  dependencies and relationships
• Any change to the duration of an activity on the
  Critical Path will impact the completion date of
  the project
• The non-critical paths have float, a number of
  days that can be used in addition to the
  durations of the activities
