We need to understand our employees
  • Get your feet wet Program where as employers
    we work the floor with our staff to better
    understand their needs. This occurs as a regular
    program with all management and staff
  • Climate surveys, we do this twice per year to
    understand the employees needs.

How do we keep our staff a happy bunch?
  • Work the shifts around their car pool schedule
  • Offer ESL classes at no charge after work and at
    lunch
  • Pay for performance program ( P.I.P)earn up to an
    extra 50.00 per week for increased productivity
  • Banked time can be used for vacation

  • Overtime pay is important to our staff as well we
    pay vacation pay as a percentage of overtime.
  • If sick time is not used in a calendar year we
    pay it out to them in January. This reduces the
    employees calling in sick at year end
  • Staff recognition as years of service performed
    every two months
  • Annual family day held in September
  • Free coffee tea supplied
