• Mentoring Continue the Associations tradition
  of one-to-one paring of men with boys without
  fathers.
• Leadership Provide training on leadership
  skills in order to help prepare the next
  generation of leaders.
• Education Promote academic excellence and study
  skills.

Objectives

• Athletics, Health Wellness Embrace and
  support existing community sports endeavors and
  conduct health training seminars workshops
  drawing from our community of subject matter
  experts within the health profession.
• Economic Development Partnership with financial
  institutions, entrepreneurs and educators to
  design and teach the basic concept of money
  management, saving and investing, economic
  principles and community development.

Purpose

• To promote a positive image as role models for
  our boys, girls, our young men, and our young
  women.
• Provide mentoring and community services in
  collaboration with Church, Civic, Political,
  Educational, and Social Organizations within our
  community to address our common concerns as we
  promote academic excellences, athletic
  achievement, social responsibility, and
  leadership readiness, for boys and young men
  while striving to moreover promote community
  development and outstanding service delivery from
  local business in order to make our communities a
  better place in which to live.

• Mentoring
• Through mentoring we will help boys transition
  into strong healthy men. This in return will
  serve to strengthen our families and communities.
  Theres also an economic benefit in that healthy
  men are in a better position to help sustain
  business within our communities and even
  contribute to the economic growth through
  entrepreneurship corporate leadership and
  professional craftsmen and tradesmen.
