Undergraduate Diversity Survey
No survey of this kind has been done at Brandeis
in recent memory. It thus serves several
purposes 1. Allowing the University to see who
is really present at Brandeis 2. Giving students
the opportunity to self-identify 3. Having a
basis for programming 4. Providing a space for
students to share their voices about their own
identities as well as diversity at Brandeis
  • Sent out via email March 22nd
  • Cut for analysis April 9th

    students
  • 103 Foreign Countries,
  • 12 Minorities,
  • 15 From Abroad,
  • Male-Female Ratio of 46-54.

  • Current Undergraduate population 3,304 students

  • 533 respondents represent 16.13 of the
    population.
  • 152 surveys are incomplete (28.52 of all
    respondents)
  • 3 surveys falsified (0.6 of responses)

    recruitment and retention.
