  • Always read scripture as literal to start, unless
    the passage tells you that it is a prophecy,
    parable, or symbolic statement.
  • Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and
    prophesied (Luke 167)
  • And he was also telling them a parable (Luke
    536)
  • he is like a man building a house
