TO CONCLUDE
The MUC classification code for the forest
surrounding Lake Munson at N 30º21.912 and W
84º8.046 is a closed forest, mainly deciduous
with some evergreen broad-leaved trees and
climbing vines (MUC code 0221). The deciduous
trees included Pignut Hickory, Southern Red Oak
and the Magnolia. These accounted for the
majority of the canopy cover Live Oaks accounted
for less than twenty percent of canopy cover.
