4Personal information on Terry Bellamy
- In her free time she is a stay at home mom. She
has a 2 year old daughter and one on the way.

- She is the director of the Asheville Housing
Authority.
6Description of duties on City Council
- Every week there is a Tuesday night meeting to
discuss the issues of Asheville city. - Has to make important decisions about what she
thinks is right. - She must be elected every two years to be on city
council.
7Top six important issues and where Terry Bellamy
stands
- Flood control- She believes we did a good job
during the recent floods but we can strive to do
better. Especially in getting our power back on
faster. - Zoning- She believes that we need harsher zoning
- Traffic light timing- There are looking at
certain ones but on state roads they cannot do
anything about it - Greenway- Asheville city is working with FEMA to
buy buildings along the river to demolish and put
in parks - No public pool in North Asheville- We need to
write a letter to the Board of Commissioners.
There is some in other parts of Buncome County. - Biltmore Lake-It was private property for sale
