16Summary Time Period for Conducting the Survey
- Students who enroll with a goal of obtaining a
job must be surveyed in the first quarter after
the exit quarter to determine whether they
obtained a job. These students who obtain a job
and students who are employed at enrollment and
have a goal of improved or retained employment
must then be surveyed in the third quarter after
exit to determine whether they are still
employed. - Obtain a Job outcome must be collected from
students who leave the program by the end of the
first quarter after they exit. - A job obtained while the student is enrolled can
be counted, but it is still measured and reported
in the first quarter after the student exits. - Retained employment must be collected on students
who have an employment goal and obtain a job by
the end of the first quarter after exit
(including students who obtain a job while
enrolled). - An employed student who exits the program with
job improvement as a goal is surveyed in the
third quarter after the exit quarter to verify
continued employment.
