    to work independently. Discussion or group work
    will NOT be part of the test.

Queen Latifah The Queen of the Scene
  • Dana Owens, better known by her stage name
    Queen Latifah, was born March 18, 1970. She is
    a singer, rapper, model and actress. Her work in
    music, film and television has earned her a
    Golden Globe Award, two Screen Actors Guild
    Awards, two Image Awards, a Grammy, an Emmy Award
    nomination and an Academy Award nomination.
  • Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, her career
    started as a beatboxing rap group member, Ladies

    last game of the season. Come and support your

  • Any student who is interested in attending a Pool
    Party hosted by Parks and Rec the afternoon of
     the half day of school on Friday should pick up
    a flyer in the main office. 
  • The first 25 who sign up will be able to attend. 
    The cost is 5.00 per person.  Bring your money
    the day of the event.
