- This is a READ-ONLY format. The recipient will

- This format will allow the recipient to open the
transaction in the WINForms application.
- This format is in a READ and WRITE format. It
can be edited by the recipient.
- You CANNOT send individual pages in this format.
25What is a Template?
A Template is a copy or duplicate of a
transaction that may be used repeatedly.
26Create a New Template
Click the Add/Create button in the Transaction /
Template List to create a new template.

28Adding Forms to the New Template
Select the forms that you want to add into your
transaction by checking the boxes.
Click on the OK button after finishing your form
s selection.

display in the Form Pane.

Click on the Disk icon of the Toolbar. This will
save your current template online so that it is
available on the Transaction/Template List.OR

document(s) to the PDF Printer Driver. This is
the format that DocuSign needs in order to
process e-signature. Note This will not make
your documents spool to your printer.

- Lookup Fields
- To add, remove, or edit look up lists
- Open a transaction.
- Select Tools menu of the Menu Bar.
- Select the Lookup Field youd like to edit.
- Items selected from the Lookup Files menu will be
displayed in the Data Entries window. This is
where editing may be conducted.
- Click inside the Data Entries box and make
changes.
- Once you have completed your edits, click Save.
- The Clear button will delete all the values in
the selected field.
