How Am I Doing?

• Hit the ground running, but was heading in the
  wrong direction.

Characteristics of Innovative Organizations

• High performing organizations (and good at basic
  functions like finance, human resources, etc.)
• Innovators are not superhuman. They have real
  lives.
• You don't have to be perfect. Know why we exist?
  How do we know when we're successful?
• Know when to "not innovate"
