Our Mission
  • Through team building models and active
    learning, our mission is to deliver dynamic
    programs which foster positive growth within
    individuals, groups and organizations.

  • EBL leads powerful experiences which change the
    way corporate teams face challenges and take
    advantage of opportunities. Established in 1996,
    our designs help build stronger teams, improve
    upon a teams decision making abilities, enhance
    client customer service, assist in resolving
    team disconnects, and aid companies in planning
    for and adapting to continually changing markets.
  • Beginning with a focus towards customized
    corporate management workshops, EBL delivers
    services throughout North America. Specializing
    in active training models, a.k.a. "learning by
    doing, designs are sensitive to the concerns of
    adult programming and are inclusive for all
    participating. Studies show that more
    traditional "lecture" style training formats have
    content retention rates of around 25. Programs
    that engage participants to contribute to the
    lesson and "learn by doing", have retention
    levels that reach upwards of 75.
  • Learning workshops dovetail many different
    mediums together problem-based learning
    situations, teams courses, assessment
    instruments, and training models to name a few.
    Workshops are flavored with many different model
    sources to ensure multiple learning opportunities
    for all participants. With purposeful and guided
    discussions to transfer lessons and action items
    to the workplace, EBL becomes a unique and
    memorable learning experience, set apart from
    many other training providers on the market
    today.

DMS
  • This workshop examines how individuals process
    and categorize information when
  • formulating decisions. The DMS instrument is
    delivered and participants receive
  • real time results in the decision making
    preference areas Ideas, People, Process,
  • Product. As a workshop benefit, leaders and
    teammates become aware and
  • understand their own natural tendencies. Intact
    teams have additional benefits of
  • implementing results to align strengths with
    current team goals and circumstance.
  • The DMS instrument comes with a workbook and
    communication tip sheet for
  • improved communication between the four style
    quadrants. Additionally, workshop
  • attendees participate in an action planning
    segment with a 30 day follow-up
  • exercise.

  • This workshop teaches information gained from a
    ten year evaluation study on

    resolved and unresolved behaviors

    telling instrument for a teams

    working knowledge and retain a
  • worksheet outlining the model for future
    reference. Active learning problems are
  • then delivered to reinforce each of the seven
    growth stages Orientation, Trust,
  • Goal / Role clarification, Commitment,
    Implementation, High performance,
  • Renewal.

Training Investment Fees and Charges
  • EBL trainers are educated and skilled to deliver
    highly effective workshops. Many of our team
    members retain advance college degrees and often
    retain more than 10 years business experience.

It Costs Too Much !, Bean Counter
  • People learn through three primary learning
    methods, audio, visual, and tactile. Traditional
    classroom presentations speak to an audio
    learning audience. EBL active learning designs
    dovetail hands-on learning with training models
    and interactive discussions. Utilizing this
    approach reaches all three learning formats
    simultaneously, providing a three fold return on
    the same investment dollar.
  • Individuals benefit from lasting lessons, which
    impact them beyond short-term surface learning.
    Often working with a 120 ratio of trainers to
    participants, workshops typically range from 75
    - 185 per person. More advanced designs may
    increase these amounts. Many of our clients have
    tried less expensive team building options, often
    to retain EBL at a later day to do it right!
    You do get what you pay for and this is
    especially true when it comes to a professional
    workshop that educates your employees.
  • Our workshops are not just a box to check
    on some HR form, but rather an investment in a
    companies greatest resource, its employees.
    Overall, Training and Development is far less
    expensive than staff turn over or low moral.
