MSACS Curriculum Improvements

• Helps increase the quality of 8000-level courses
• Restructure curriculum NOT to have courses with a
  3-level deep prereq structure
• Restructure curriculum NOT to have courses
  requiring more than 1 prereq (had a case of 4 and
  6)
• Restructure curriculum where required courses
  have NO prereqs this provides flexibility
• Students have 4-of-5 required courses to pick
  from this provides flexibility
• Any required course not chosen can be used as an
  elective flexibility
• Restructure curriculum where only 50 of the
  electives would have prereqs flexibility
• 1500 fee upfront to cover equipment expenses
• Make 6000-level courses cost the same as regular
  tuition (vs premium)
