  • LEED 2009
  • LEED for Homes and LEED for Neighborhood
    Development will not change for LEED 2009
  • Credit weightings have increased the total
    points given from a maximum of 69 to 110. The
    increase is due to placing higher credit points
    for initiatives that help the environment the
    most. (Energy efficiency and CO2 reductions will
    have the highest credits.)
  • Regionalization Six credits are dedicated to
    points for addressing regional environmental
    issues.

  • Good for those with supporting roles

  • Demonstrate profession experience on at least one
    LEED project
  • 50 fee every 2 years
  • 30 hours of continuing ed (6 in LEED specific)

  • Good for those actively working on LEED projects
