• Only those on academic pay for all jobs (if
  multiple jobs)
• Commence in March, provided enrolled in Plans
• 4 pay dates in Spring 2 pay dates in Fall
• Withhold standard benefits deductions plus
  pre-collected amounts.

  short-work break with benefits
• Summer position MUST be
• Second job / instance
• Short-term temp position (regular/temporary) with
  expected end date
• Full-time or part-time (full/part)
• Other benefits-eligible positions will take
  health, short-term disability, and supplemental
  dependent life premiums again.

• Commence in January for 10 pay dates
• Hired in January or later
• If 6 pay dates in Spring, will take all
  pre-collect in Spring
• Less than 6 pay dates, will take pre-collect in
  Spring plus 2 pay dates in Fall (maximum due to
  Plan year)
• Will generate reports and communications.

  address the week of January 21st.
• Returned W-2s with a forwarding address are
  immediately re-addressed and mailed. Those
  returned without a forwarding address are being
  held in Payroll.
• Return W-2 team are contacting those active
  employees whose W-2 was returned without a
  forwarding address.
