• The proposed maximum amount is 20,000 per
  award. Except,
• When two or more jurisdictions (up to four
  jurisdictions) join together using a formal
  agreement to apply jointly for a maximum grant
  amount of 25,000 per jurisdiction listed in the
  agreement (maximum 100,000).
