- The Kansas Technical Training Initiative (KTTI)
formed in 1998 - Four Wichita-based aviation companies, the State
of Kansas, Sedgwick County, the City of Wichita,
and the Wichita School District - Mission

industry through a world-class, business-driven
technical education system - Responding to
