General Observations
- Multiple Pilot delays in startup caused issues
with system date issues and difficulty with
changes - Market Participants ERCOT Databases will always
have some level of discrepancies - 80-20 rule will apply resulting in special
handling of exceptions - Transaction process timing is key to achieve
desired transaction results

- Transaction Starts and Stops
- Requests to separate transaction types and send
to special file sites - Volume Issues caused slow downs and data to be
out of sync - Continual need to reconcile with ERCOT Market
Participants - Notice period to request cancels and switchbacks
caused delays and resulted in switches that
should not have completed
