  • Periodic status reviews to determine progress
    to goal,

    sharing
  • These forums are a problem recognition/problem
  • definition sessions NOT a problem resolution
    forum
  • (unless this is a working session).
  • These reviews will result in variances to plan.
    Therefore, the Project Review forum is an ACTION
    ITEM generating process and Action Item
    competition.
