- Working with a local Partner, Simon-Hartley can
provide a variety of options, each design to
maximise local contribution and minimise overall
cost. These options can include - S-H provides discrete ME package Partner
provides civil works and main contractor status - S-H provides ME design and specific proprietary
equipment Partner provision of tanks, steelwork,
pipes/valves and electrics, plus civil works and
main contract status - S-H provides designs for local manufacture
- S-H provides supervision, commissioning,training
and aftersales support Partner provides local
labour
9Partnership Agreements (2)
- The benefits of a Partnership Agreement for both
parties can include - Partners can use the S-H name as part of their
pre-qualification and tendering documentation - S-H equipment and designs are already approved by
international consultants - S-H provides proprietary equipment and/or systems
- Partners retain full control of the main contract
and local procurement - S-H has a standalone sub-contract agreement with
the Partner - Both Parties maximise competitive position and
profit potential - Project specific, neither party having to enter
in to long-term trading agreements
