Express Permitting Fee Standard - 3000.00 If
an Additional Information Letter is

Available Express Review Tracks for Request
- The Alternative Sewers Express Permitting Review
Program Request Form is submitted to the PERCS
UNIT via email. - Submit the Request form to
- Adrian.Eaton_at_ncmail.net
- Note It is the intension to have the request
- forms sent to AlterSewerExpress_at_ncmail.net
- In the future. This will be announced on the
- web site.
10Getting Started
- Applicant will email the Express Review Request
Form directly to the coordinator. - Only one application should be emailed by the
applicant. - Note The electronic express review request
- application contains a signature page. The
- signature page does not have to be filled in
- when sending the request form in electronically.

- Original Express Review Request Form, Agreement
Contract, and Application fees must be received
by the Central Office within two (2) business
days of approval notification into the express
review program. - Failure to submit information and fee by
established date will result in forfeiture. - Fees are non-refundable.
12Meetings
- Submittal and review meetings will be scheduled
accordingly and within the allocated time frames
of the program. - Meetings are usually in the Central Office, in
the Regions, or an agreed upon site.

wells used, along with elevations for each. - Include all pump curves for all pumps being used.
- Provide the correct odor control and venting.
- Maintain the minimum separations and confirm that
they are included in the specifications. - Provide both profile and plan views of the
project. Label all pipe appurtenances. Provide
a legend. - Provide correct wet well reliability according to
the newly adopted reliability policy in October,
2006

quality assurance and line testing procedures. - Is there a clear way/design to remove the pump/s
from the wet well.
