    loses hours.
  • To get something done a committee should consist
    of no more than three people, two of whom are
    absent.

  • Average meeting takes place in a conference room
    at 11am and lasts 1.5 hours
  • It has no written agenda, and its purported
    purpose is completed only 50 of the time

  • Begin on a high note (kudos, celebrations)

    been accomplished since then
