  • Healthcare Organizations and Suppliers who
    provide products and direct healthcare services
    are eligible for membership

Membership Guidelines and Criteria
  • MBEs and/or WBEs Those certified by state,
    federal, NMSDC, or WBENC will be considered valid
    stakeholders. A current copy of one of the above
    noted certifications is required.
  • Healthcare Providers To include acute care
    hospitals and integrated delivery networks.
  • Corporations To include manufacturers,
    distributors, group purchasing organizations, and
    service providers.

HSDA Member Organization Commitment
  • Support and promote the HSDA mission, goals and
    objectives
  • Have or establish a supplier diversity policy or
    plan
  • Designate a primary contact person for WBE/MBE
    entrepreneurs wishing to do business with the
    company
  • Participate in and support HSDA events and
    activities
  • Report business activity with minority-owned and
    women-owned businesses on a confidential basis to
    HSDA
