Let's do a SOPPADA!
2SampleSOPPADA
Improved Scheduling of Classes A system which
will allow students to get what they need and
have faculty teaching productive, large
classes Students add, but don't drop, so
openings don't appear in system and students
can't add. Students should attend classes for
credit. If they are there, they should be
enrolled. Shorten student careers, reduce game
playing, frustration, terror, and bad feelings,
make professors do their work, etc. Students
who don't have phones or email and can't or won't
call profs could be discriminated against. See
if students agree, let faculty talk with
administrators about how it works, fire the
administrators involved, enjoy the peace and
harmony.

3Team SOPPADA!
- Each person must develop a SOPPADA 3-minute
in-class presentation of a proposal for enhancing
the quality of life for students at Cal Poly
Pomona - "Quality" can be defined in many ways. For
purposes of this exercise, identify barriers
hindering students from their goals. - Identify something which unnecessarily wastes
student time, resources, or energy. - Opt for problems which are measurable, or for
which fair if rough estimates could be made.
