mensuration and balancing hormones. - It also gives relief from abdominal pain during
menses.

- Cinnamon is a spice which is commonly used to

periods. - Add cinnamon powder in warm milk and consume it
daily for better results.
10 PINEAPPLE
- Pineapple contains bromelain enzyme which helps
in soften the lining of the uterus and regulate
periods. - Eat pineapple or consume its juice is beneficial
in this condition. - It's anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving
properties help in reducing the inflammation and

11 LIFESTYLE CHANGES
- Avoid junk and spicy food
