What is Triphala?

Amalaki
  • Charaka Samhita explained Amalaki have same
    attributes as Haritaki has, same in taste as
    Haritaki.
  • Amalaki is being cold while Haritaki is hot, it
    reduces Pitta Vata but excessive intake will
    increase Kapha.
  • It works on all tissues also helpful for
    Circulatory, excretory digestive Systems.
  • A good blood regulator and heart tonic also
    treats the urinary problems such as painful
    urination.
  • It purifies the blood rebuilt fresh red blood
    cells.

  • Bibhitaki
  • It is another ingredient in Triphala which is a
    rejuvenated herb used for Kapha as a tonic.
  • It is a strong laxative herb that will cleanse
    the bowels.

    accumulations.
