5Step 1 Avoid Constipation
- You can do by following any 1-2 of the following
- 1. Drinking a glass of warm lemon water and
honey, first thing in the morning. - 2. Taking 20 grams of soluble fibre each day
through fruits, Psyllium husk, leafy vegetables.
6- 3. By taking 2-3 soaked figs, 5-6 deskinned
almonds every day. - 4. By drinking around 10-15 glasses of water
throughout the day. - 5. Taking 1 tbsp of Triphala Rasayana with the
glass of warm water.
7Step 2 Take your Daily Dose of Probiotics
- Drink 1 bottle of YAKULT Probiotic every day.
- Probiotics help you to maintain a healthy level
of digestion.
8Step 3 Drink Enough Water
- It is advised to take 200 ml of water in every 30
minutes. - It will enable you to take around 3 litres of
water in 7.5 hours.
9Step 4 Avoid Acidity, Gas and Bloating

- 2. Divide 3 big meals into 6 small meals or eat a

11Step 5 Know and Understand your Dosha
- Take a diet which is suitable to regulate, and
balance the Dosha. - You can calculate your Ayurvedic Prakruthi or
Dosha using the calculator. - After finding your Dosha, you can choose a diet
based on your Dosha.
12- Choose your diet plan according to your Vata
Diet, Pitta Diet and Kapha Diet.
13Step 6 Yoga
- Pratice Deep breathing and do Yoga for at least
30 minutes a day. - For Deep Breathing, I would highly recommend the
Anulom Vilom Pranayama and the Kapal Bhati
Pranayama.
14Step 7 Take a balanced meal
- Balanced diet plan by choose 50 Good Carbs, 30
Healthy Proteins and 20 healthy, unsaturated
fats. -
- If you follow the formula on your plate, your
diet would automatically fall into place.
