Abstract

• In this project, we worked with the animals. We
  looked for all kinds of animals in the area, from
  insects to snakes. We also looked for evidence of
  animals like bird nests and spider webs. The area
  was divided into 4 quadrants, each was 25 m2. For
  each animal identified we wrote down the X and Y
  coordinates. Many animals and evidence were found
  however there are areas of high density.
• We believe that there is a relationship between
  the biotic (the animal) and the abiotic system
  (humidity , sun light, vegetation and
  temperature).

• Why were the grandaddy long legs found near the
  10,10 corner?
  
• Why are birds and butterflies not common in this
  area?

Steps for how to answer

• Take soil temperature
• Measure the humidity
• Measure light intensity
• Identify the vegetation
• Compare the quadrants
