square kilometre licence - Strong experienced local management based in
Monchegorsk - 900,000 ozs gold in Russian P1 category
- 7,000 metre drill programme underway
- Potential major platinum deposit up to 3.2 g/t
over 10 metres of mineralisation - Potential major copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry
- Potential to rapidly establish resources from
advanced project portfolio
- Exploration on Gold Line in northern Sweden
- 8 gold exploration licences and one zinc licence
- Krokliden Sjoliden 450 metres along strike from
Dragon Mining Svartliden Gold Mine (newly
commissioned 300,000 tpa at 4.54 g/t CIP plant) - 26 sq km of additional gold licences to follow
up - Akerland high grade zinc deposit
- Shallow workings in the 1920s down to 15 metres
- Reported grades of 17.3 zinc and 15 g/t silver
- Ovoca sampling gave 24 zinc and 5 g/t silver

8Resources - Russia
P1 P2 resource estimates for Oleninskoye and
Nyalm based on drilling and trenching
SRK has not completed a full independent audit of
these estimates but in the case of Oleninskoye
has reviewed the estimation methodology used and
considers this estimate to have been both
estimated and classified in line with Russian
norms.
Previous Russian and Norplat estimates indicate
Russian classified resources of between 1.8m oz
and 3.4m oz across the project portfolio full
details shown in Appendices SRKs technical
report, dated March 2004, says that this belt
has the potential to host a gold resource of over
two million ounces, based on extrapolation from
past drilling and geochemical data.
9Expanding Potential in Russia
- Extensive land position of 152 km2 established
along highly prospective greenstone belt will
soon be expanded, incorporating additional
mineral targets - Targets include
- Massive gold vein deposits, with spatially
associated pgms - Copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry
- Ultramafic complex with copper, gold, nickel and
pgm potential - Original license area encompasses over 8 projects
at various stages of exploration and potential to
rapidly establish an economic resource
10Scope for New Discoveries in Russia
Panorama of Oleninskoye-Pellapahk Projects (view
to the north)
Oleninskoye
Pellapahk
Leshaya
Caldera
- Interpreted as a collapsed caldera within the
wider K-V greenstone belt, at least six separate
mineral deposits have been identified at this
geological location, which provides scope for
numerous other potential discoveries, including - Massive sulphide copper-gold veins pgm
mineralised diorite-gabbro (Oleninskoye) - Copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry (Pellapahk)
- Layered basic intrusive with free gold pgms
(Leshaya)
11Oleninskoye Central Zone - Russia
Recent drilling results confirm the presence of
gold rich sulphide veins, associated with
extensive, previously unrecognised pgm
mineralisation along the Oleninskoye Central
Zone 450,000 ounces _at_ 13.9g/t
