• One of the most popular bands were the
  Beatles. They sang over 200 songs!!! The leader
  of the band was John Lennon,who was sadly shot!
  Now the Beatles have spit up! But Paul McCartney
  is still famous.

• Pink Floyd were also famous, but they didnt
  always sing they played music on its own quite a
  lot of the time!

• Elvis Presley was VERY famous he sang a lot of
  songs! Sadly he died, rumour has it that he died
  on the toilet!

He aint nothing but a hound dog!!!

• Bob Dylan was very famous!!! He sang a lot of
  songs, he definitely wasnt famous for his looks,
  but he sang brilliantly.

Music in the 1960s wasnt very funky at all
before the war! But when the war was over,
everything got funky, for example flower power
came, and people wore brightly coloured clothes.
Heavy rock music was famous in the 1960s!
