STATEMENT

• The main goal of this initiative is to reach and
  nurture everyone currently involved in
  congregational preaching at their homes.
•  
• This initiative is led by H.H. Romapada Swami and
  Balabhadra Bhattacarya Prabhu.

• Smart Goals set at January SSPT meeting at ISKCON
  Dallas
• Within 3 months, conduct a survey to identify the
• current number of grhasthas using their home as
• preaching base.
• Within 9 months, provide a brochure that can be
• used by our temples (locale specific) for
  informing
• newcomers of our congregational involvement
• options.
• For each of the models of congregational
  development
• described in the brochure, we will provide a DVD
• outlining how any temple can develop the
  particular
• model of their choice.
• In addition to the DVD, relevant educational
  materials,
• manuals, interviews with successful mentors, etc.
  will be
• supplied

• Implementation details set at January SSPT
  meeting at ISKCON Dallas
• The implementation consists of the following
  broad phases in
• the order required
• Website posting / updates
• Call temple presidents / devotees hosting home
  programs / other contacts
• Interview selected contacts
• Questionnaire, website / email blurb the
  questionnaire is for
• surveying the all devotees conducting home
  programs etc.
• (approx 2 weeks)
• Process these along with surveying within
  approximately 3 months. From
• the feedback and phone conversations / meetings,
  we will select final
• face-to-face interview candidates for DVD
  material.
• We will have conference calls / online
  conferences as and when required
• the first one after the 2 week checkpoint.
