    instructional and support personnel, to determine
    strategies that reduce energy costs

    staff, parents, union leadership and parent
    groups

  • Decreased the cost of benefits by the increase in
    co-pays for the COAT Team, Confidential
    Secretaries and MOST Team
  • Decreased cost of benefits for the HVSSP and
    AFSCME employee groups

    administrators, guest teachers and the Director
    of Community Education and Recreation
