• Message that appears depends on level of DTED
  previously downloaded.
• Be sure to insert floppy or CD.

ENABLE VIRTUAL PRINTER

• Default is OFF (Disabled).
• Virtual printer can be enabled at Version screen
  (initialization) or at the Radar Controls screen
  (operations).
• Once enabled, all printing sent to virtual
  printer file on hard drive.

VIEW VIRTUAL PRINTER DATA

• Virtually printed data can be viewed at any time
  using ALT Ctrl P keys.
• Virtual printer viewer appears.

• Print all data in file using File/Print menu
  options or Ctrl P hot key combination.
• System Administrator only can use Record To
  Floppy/Restore from Floppy menu options.

• Move to Top using Edit/Top of Document or Ctrl
  T.
• Move to Bottom using Edit/Bottom of Document or
  Ctrl B.
• System Administrator only can use Purge/Delete to
  Cursor menu options.

• Find text in file using Edit/Find menu options or
  Ctrl F.
• Find/Find next or Ctrl G works similarly.
• Selection of either opens text field and buttons
  at bottom of screen.
• Type text to find. Select button to search.

• Administrator/Login option. Once logged in,
  options available only to administrator
  sensitized.
• System Administrator should select Logout when
  finished.

• Select File/Return to Application or Ctrl X to
  exit.
• Returned to screen from which you accessed
  virtual printer viewer.

• No menu access.
• Hot key combination Alt Ctrl T.
• PCMCIA used w/ Miltope only.
• Load from special formatted media.

• Maneuver within document.
• Search for text.
• Select Quit to exit.

• Select a procedural category to view.
• Use arrows to move backward/forward.
• Enter text to find in Find box.
• Click on house icon to return home.
• Select Ctrl W to exit.

• To load click media icon, select file, click
  Copy button.
• To activate click hard drive icon, select file,
  click Activate button.
