- Reuse Plan completed and approved on September
11, 2007 - HUD Application submitted on September 21, 2007
- MOU executed with the U.S. Army on February 26,
2008 - Governor Perdue signed legislation on May 14,
2008 creating the McPherson Implementing LRA
(ILRA) - Final approval from HUD upon establishment of
ILRA
