• Open all year round
• Semi Private Club
• Opened in 1950
• Approximately 1100 members
• 400 with golf
• 400 with curling
• 300 that are shareholders
• Members included Premier Gary Doer and World
  Championship Curler Kerry Burtynuk

Duties

• Main priority was to work the line
• Set up of line and prep
• Close down and clean up of the kitchen
• Came up with specials of the day and week
• Made soups and bread
• Worked with the desserts

Buffets and Banquets

• Held in the Rossmere Room
• Which is located on the second floor
• Can hold up to 200 people
• Numerous golf tournaments
• Weddings and Anniversaries
• Easter and Mothers Day

Outside Catering

• Members 70th Birthday Party
• Went to his house and barbequed steak and chicken
  for 60 people
• More parties are being booked for next year
