We were down two players. Carlos and Bradley were
both off sick. Hope you are feeling better soon
guys. We took on the mighty Papatoetoe Sharks
again

Score was 14 0 to the Sharks. They played a
great game and its a credit to the dinosaurs who
fought with defensive skills and ensured a better
result than our first game with the sharks.

Byron and Josh as our goalies today, they each
put on a good effort and they saved numerous
attempts at goal by the Sharks.

We had fine weather to start with and then the
heavens opened up and down it came. Thankfully it
was only a brief shower but boy did it come down.

The rain ceased as half-time approached.
Umbrellas were folded back up and the kids raced
in for oranges and water.

Team getting ready to shake hands at the end of
the month, its always important to acknowledge
how well the other team plays.
Player of the Day was awarded to Byron
Stewart-Leaton for a wonderful effort as goalie
and his playing on the field Our Fairest Player
Certificates went to Taylor Hogan Kiana Maylon
for their efforts. Magic Moments were awarded
by Dean Fountain (Jaydens Dad) he awarded two
certificates, one to Jason Rau for his defence on
the field and the other to Joshua Mills for his
goalie defence. Well done boys Keep an eye out
parents it may be your turn to choose next week!!!
