• Obesity Lifestyle changes
• Diet
• Exercise
• No medication recommended
• Sleep Apnea
• Possible tonsillectomy- sleep study found that it
  was difficult for patient to breath b/c tonsils
  were too large and obstructed airway
• Weight loss will also help
• Hypertension
• Ace inhibitor
• Beta Blocker
