What is Diversity?
  • A team of highly talented people with varying
    backgrounds, experiences, and approaches
  • Includes people of different nationalities,
    genders, races, ages, ethnic backgrounds, sexual
    orientation, disabilities and religions.
  • An environment where every employee is treated
    with dignity, and respect each others beliefs,
    values, lifestyles and differences
  • It is not about quotas or positive discrimination
  • It is not a passing trend! It affects us all.
