    the theme, menu, set up, and evaluating last
    years data make decisions provide to hotel
    contact
  • The hotel completes estimated charges, banquet
    event order group resume about 1 month to 3
    weeks prior to review. Client makes any
    additions / corrections prior to distributing to
    the Chef Banquet staff about 2 weeks before the
    scheduled events.

Execute your Event
  • Expect a pre-convention meeting to meet staff
    members that will assist in your successful
    conference. Communicate any last minute changes
    or additions
  • Inspect the room set ups and confirm that what
    was promised is delivered from your banquet event
    orders
  • Rest and Relax after all the planning now you
    can be attentive and hospitable to your group.
