  disciples went to the garden of Gethsemane
• Jesus asked his disciples to keep watch while he
  prayed
• The disciples kept falling asleep
• Jesus wanted to do Gods will, not his own
• Judas betrayed Jesus

JESUS ON THE CROSS

• Crucifixion was the most painful and humiliating
  execution
• Jesus carried his own cross outside Jerusalem
  side with a spear
• When Jesus died the temple veil was split, the
  earth quaked and dead saints rose from their
  graves
• At that time two robbers were crucified with
  Him, one on the right and one on the
• left.

• She went the next day to anoint his body

• Jesus remained on earth forty days after his
• resurrection
• He told the disciples he would send power
• through the Holy Spirit
• Two men in white clothes told the disciples Jesus
  will return the way he left, in the clouds
• Jesus now reigns on the right hand of God
