- To understand the functions and management of

- By the end of this course you will be able to
- Describe the infrastructure of the Internet and
identify the IP address of a networked computer - Manipulate and analyze large files
- Critique web pages
- Create a well designed web page, with basic and
moderately complex components by hand - Compare and contrast multimedia formats and their
suitability in web page design - Create and manipulate data in a spreadsheet
- Create a database and issue a basic query
