7Annual Income Statement
Although the food at the restaurant cost the most
to produce, it generated the majority of our
profit and income. The cost to produce the food
was based on common wholesale prices found on the
web.
Most of the bars revenue was from regular
alcohol, but the wine didnt do bad either. The
total revenue from wine is much larger than the
revenue from alcohol in our restaurant.
Our 15 slot machines were profitable because by
the first year, our net income was twice as much
as the cost of purchasing the machines.
8Annual Cash Flow
The total expenses from the bar cost more than
the profit we got from the first year.
All slot machines were bought on a loan, so by
the end of the first year the 15 machines didnt
make enough income to cover the cost of the loan,
interest, and rent.
The only part of the restaurant that had a
positive cash flow which balanced the bar and
gaming machines. Total net income was greater
than all expenses.
