2Overview
The South Region Soccer League is introducing a
web based system to allow coaches and/or their
staff to generate game sheets for all League and
League Cup games. Once the League has uploaded
your rosters and you have assigned team colours
and jersey numbers, there are 4 simple steps to
follow in generating game sheets.

- The 4 Steps to Generating Game Sheets
- Log into the system Disc2k GameSheet Login
- Select the game (to produce sheets for)
- Review and select your roster for the game
- Print the game sheets
- And to the game you go.
But first, well review the prep steps needed
4Prep Work
- There are 3 items to address before using the
system. - Log into the system http//www.disc2k.com/disc2k-g
s-login.php
Use the email address you provided to the OSA on
your green/yellow registration form. If you did
not supply one, the system has created one for
you, in the following format yourfirstname_at_yourla
stname
If youve forgotten your password, enter your
email address, check off this box and your
password will be emailed to that address.
The password is your OSA registration number.

51st Time Display
Note if you do not have Adobes (formerly
Macromedia) Flash Player installed, you will need
to do so in order for the navigation bar to
appear. You will be prompted to install, if
required.
Once you have successfully logged into the system
the following screen is presented to you.
You would Double click here
But first you should change your startup password
Your name as recorded and your team info are
displayed.
Youll do this by choosing this option in steps
to come.
Your name and login id are also listed here.
Your teams primary and alternate colours need to
be setup.
If you need details on this page, you can click
on the Question Mark.
This is the name of the module you are currently
working on. If you are having any issues, this
is the name to report to the League. You can do
so by contacting the SRSL or by selecting the
email ? or comment tab.
6Changing Your Profile
You can now change your password.
Along with your display name (this name also
appears on the game sheets).
If you forget your password, you can ask for the
current password to be emailed to this email
address from the login screen.

- The League will only accept the
- following Position types
- Coach
- Assistant Coach
- Manager
- Assistant Manager
You cannot change your email address or your OSA
No. If these are wrong you will need to contact
the League to have the changes made.
Currently your phone info is not being used.
You will need to enter your new password twice to
be accepted.
Once youve made your changes, click here to
record them. The system will confirm changes
were made.
7Setting Up Your Team Colours
To set your team colours, double click on the
Your Team tab
Set up your teams primary and alternate colours.
These will appear on your game sheet. Note If
the system detects your opponent has the same
primary shirt colour as your team and you are the
home team, the system will use your alternate
colour on the game sheets.
Once youve made your changes, click here to
record. The system will confirm changes were
made.
8Set Up Shirt Numbers
The last prep step is to assign shirt numbers
to your roster. Double click on the Your Roster
tab.
All of the players currently assigned to your
team are listed here. You can go directly to a
player by clicking on their OSA No.
You can change the players name as well as their
shirt .
But you cannot change either their OSA or your
team number.
Or by clicking on the arrows here to sequentially
go through your roster. The single arrow advances
1 player at a time, the double arrow goes to the
last player on your roster.
Remember to click here to save your changes.
You can remove the displayed player by clicking
here.
9Add A Player
To add a player, double click on the Add Player
tab
Fill in the players info and the system
automatically sets your teams OSA No. Remember
to click on the Insert Record button.
10Select a Game
Youre now ready to produce a Game Sheet, double
click on the Select Game tab
Games scheduled within the next 7 days will be
displayed here (up to a maximum of 7
games). Note For demo purposes the date
parameters were disabled.
Click on the game number to move to the next
screen.
11Select Your Roster
All of the players registered to your team are
now displayed along with the registered coaching
staff.
Note 1 Call-ups can be added to the printed game
sheets manually.
If a player is suspended for the game, you will
not be able to print them on the game sheet.
Note 2 Coaches are responsible for the accuracy
of their rosters. Players listed are deemed to
have played the game. Suspensions noted here may
not reflect the latest status for this team.
Check off the players and coaching staff that you
want printed on the game sheet.
Or check off this box and the system will select
all eligible players and coaching staff members.
Once your roster is set, click here to generate
the game sheets.
12The Final Product
The game sheets are printed in PDF format. If
your web browser is set up to display PDFs, you
will see the game sheets within the browser. If
not, you will need Acrobat Reader to view and
print the game sheets. If you do not already have
a copy of Acrobat Reader (its freeware), you can
download a copy from the following web
site http//www.adobe-reader.org/acrobat/default.

copies will be printed out. A copy for the
