interest to keep our customers happy, so we are
entirely flexible when it comes to your
package. Some customers want an All Inclusive
contract in which monthly fees are fixed, others
opt for Variable Rate agreement, where fees vary
according to demand and usage.

Kym Saunders Service Delivery Manager

Nick Day Managing Director
Nick is one of our two directors. He is
responsible for the future direction of the
company, generating new business and retaining
the current high standards our customers have
come to expect.
Donal is responsible for the development of
monitoring programs which ensure that all of our
customers IT needs are addressed promptly and
proactively, and ensuring that all technical work
generated meets the companys procedures and
standards of quality.
Kym runs our customer service helpdesk and
co-ordinates our team of on call technicians. She 
ensures that the correct priorities are allocated
to issues which arise and that resources are
scheduled accordingly.

After experimenting early on with primitive
switchgear, Colin joined Pitney Bowes as an
engineer, going on to work as a mainframe
computer technician in the banking sector. 
Following an interlude when Colin worked as a
professional musician in recording
As well as her academic achievements, Nuray
has eight years extensive practical experience of
working with computers and resolving any support
issues. She has completed the Microsoft Office
Specialist course and has degrees in both
mechanical engineering and computing.
Steve has been working in IT for over 15 years,
chiefly in the travel industry. Steve was
recruited by Perpetual IT in 2007 for his broad
broad skill base in providing operational and
technical support to computer users.
